Every young person should have access to life-changing creative education.
Who we are
We are working to build a more valuable, diverse and sustainable creative industry.
Day One Trust is a multi-academy trust and charity. It brings together two Outstanding creative sixth forms, East London Arts & Music (ELAM) and London Screen Academy (LSA), whose students consistently go on to outstanding careers.
We take what our schools have learned further, into classrooms, staffrooms and industries across the country, through the Creative Educators Network and the Industry Convertor Programme.
Our schools receive a publicly funded annual grant for each young person. Additional funds are raised through grants from industry partners and funding bodies.
Our national ambition
Our two schools show what is possible. Everything else we do takes that further, so the benefits reach far beyond our own students.
Schools that set the standard
Two Outstanding academies proving what a rigorous, industry-connected creative education looks like.
Industry experts into teaching
The Industry Convertor Programme trains screen professionals as teachers, widening who teaches and who is represented.
Educators supported nationwide
The Creative Educators Network connects teachers and school leaders across the UK with training, resources and industry.
